The arbitrator of arguments, Max Drayman, at online gaming website Casinomeister.com has delivered an odd caution against an Internet casino operator last week.

The prime grievance revolved around a player who had in vain been trying to get a rightful payout of thirty-three thousand five hundred pounds from BeTheDealer.com. The online casino had erred in its commitments to a line of installment payouts but had not kept its word after the initial sum was given. When the next two amounts were also not paid up, the player sought the aid an advocate.

After originally declining to talk about the issue, the casino later told Casinomeister that the player had been approached with a solution. The money was won in a game of blackjack The remaining money would be paid up in days, and the player had approved the arrangement, it claimed.

A promise never kept

Casinomeister was repeatedly assured that a solution had been arrived at with the player. The player too confirmed that a fresh date had been assigned for meeting the obligation. But those dates too came and went with no solution in sight. However, the casino has at no time denied that it owed the player money. Now the casino and its manager do not respond to emails from the player and Casinomeister, a situation that has lasted a few weeks.

Casinomeister has as a result put up the following warning – BeTheDealer has not been paying players despite saying it would do so. The manager continues to break his word resulting in players waiting for payouts that never materialize. Once it becomes inconvenient, they stop answering requests for help.
